How does the affiliate program technically?

After your activation as an affiliate we will provide you with an affiliate-tracking-link. This link is a URL which points to our website and includes an unique code to allow us to track any order that you have referred. After we have confirmed your application as an affiliate, you can start right away to make cash. Share and publish the link, send it by email to your friends and colleagues, or write articles in social media portals, blogs and forums. Every new customer who comes through this link to our cart system is automatically recognized as a referral of you. After the release of the customers order, your commission will be credited to your commission account in the Customer Service Panel.

How much can I earn?

You get for each order of a new customer a commission credited on your customer account. The amount of commission is staggered. The commission may vary depending on how many new customers you refer to us. All detailed information about the compensation can be found in our Terms & Conditions for Affiliates.

How do I receive my achieved commissions?

All previously collected commissions are credited to your customer account once we have reviewed and approved them. On a monthly base we check if your collected commissions have reached the payment limit and if so we arrange for payment. Payments are generally transferred via PayPal and can be organized via another payment method in exceptional cases only. It is also possible to credit the Prepaid Account of your Customer Account to use the collected money for future payments of your existing products or new orders.

How can I access reports?

The current status of your referrals and earnings you can check in the Menu "Affiliate" after you have logged in to the Customer Service Panel (CSP). Furthermore we will send a statement containing the latest transactions for every registered affiliate on a monthly base.

Who is responsible for the affiliate program?

All inquiries concerning the affiliate program can be addressed to the Customer Service Center directly. This is possible by email or ticket system. The Service Center is your counter part and assists you further. At this point you can also request your payment, change data, request for tracking issues resolving and general information.

How is the affiliate program regulated?

The affiliate program is governed by its own service condition, in addition to the already existing Terms of Service. If you participate in the affiliate program, the business condition has already been accepted by you when you signed up as a customer and is complemented by the service condition for affiliates when registering as an affiliate.
