services for you. This addon is a special
support as required, which refers to the
existing management options in cPanel.
* Each managed
service addon contains 10 incidents (cases)
valid for a period of 365 days after
activation of the booking. The addon can be
booked several times as required. This addon
includes the complete management of your
hosting package via cPanel. We will send you
the necessary access data and further
information via the provided services by
email. Special settings that must be
performed outside cPanel or other situations
such as troubleshooting, software
installation, website creation, programming
and modification requirements, etc. are not

need is your content; logos, pictures and
texts...
* Each "Managed
Website" addon includes the creation of up
to 10 pages of your personal content. The
addon can be booked several times as
required. This addon includes the complete
creation of a website via cPanel SiteBuilder.
We will send you the required access data
and further information about the service
provided by e-mail. The regular updating of
contents or changes to the individual pages
in particular settings which have to be
carried out outside of cPanel or other
situations such as issue research,
programming and modification requirements,
etc. do not belong to the scope of this
addon. If necessary, we provide you with an
access where you can upload all content and
media. The finished website is not created
individually, but over the available
possibilities of SiteBuilders. The selection
of the template can be changed by the
customer at any time later on. When the
finished website is handed over, the order
is completed. We grant up to 3 small changes
after completion, in case of a formal
mistake or at a important demand of the

Your domain is managed externally by

care of any domain settings yourself. We
make sure that all necessary changes to the
DNS system and the name servers via our
external and high-performant domain servers
is carried out according to your needs. If
you are unsure about the domain settings and
the Domain Name System, you are on the safe
side with this extension. We create the DNS
entries and change the Name Servers,
determine the security features for email
traffic and, if necessary, set up
independent domain routings for all
applications. This extension can be booked
for any domain registered with us. Each
addon contains 10 incidents per domain
period* and can be ordered multiple times
per domain, if required.
Domain Forwarding
Would you like to temporarily or permanently
switch your domain to an external host,
domain or service? No problem, we'll do it
for you and route your domain to any desired
destination. No matter whether you want to
forward to another website or to a social
media profile. This extension can be booked
for every domain registered with us and is
set up once for each domain and billed like
the domain term.
Email Forwarding
Would you like to forward all incoming
emails for your domain temporarily or
permanently to an email address? No problem,
we'll do it for you and, if you wish, create
an external wildcard redirection (catch-all)
via our domain servers to any email address
of your choice. This extension can be booked
for every domain registered with us and is
set up once for each domain and billed like
the domain term.
* The "Domain
Management" addon contains the specified
incidents (cases) valid during the domain
booking period. The addon can be booked
multiple times as required. This addon
includes the complete management of the
selected domain for which the addon has been
activated. Special settings and situations
that are beyond our control are not part of
the service. Unused incidents from the
respective booking period cannot be carried
over to the next booking period. |
